Positive: The view from your doorstep. The place itself was very clean and luxurious if I dare say. The lake is great to swim in, restaurants nearby are awesome. Menaggio is not big but it has the best view of all the surrounding places.

Negative: Nothing to dislike at all. The little rocks on the lake banks hurt your feet, so make sure to bring some slippers. :)

Positive: The property was amazing ... a 'hidden' gem that we would absolutely go back to stay at again. Location was superb - both to stay and access surrounding areas, amenities exceeded our expectations, and comfort was high.

Negative: That we couldn't stay longer! Would be great to have a few extra little kitchen items available so that visitors don't have to buy them (eg. salt / pepper, oil etc...)

Summary: Brilliant - will return next time we are in Italy!

Positive: excellent location and great apartment.

Negative: little touches that make it comfortable and welcoming. cushions for couch and a rug to throw over your legs whilst you sit. there were no basics that are normally provided like salt pepper and oil for cooking. it is an expensive thing to have to buy all of these items for 1 or 2 uses. similarly there was no washing powder so the washing machine was not useful . one of the lights had no bulb on arrival. there were no instructions for the wifi. these are all basic but easy things to fix. we have stayed at many apartments and whilst this was a fabulous apartment a few basic adjustments would make it perfect 👌🏻

Positive: The location is fantastic - less than 10 steps from the lake, right by the piazza with many shops and cafes, 5 minut walk to the ferry stop. The apartment is very spacious, has a fully equipped kitchen and a nice, big bathroom. Lots of natural light, but blackout curtains for those who might want those... The host is very responsive, very helpful and very nice!
